Someone copied your firm. We get the fake taken down.
A fake website, or a look-alike address emailing your clients in your name. We report it, with the evidence, and follow it until it is gone. US$329, and you pay only once it is down.
How it works
- Tell us the address. Email support@namesignal.net with the fake website or email address, or reply YES to our message about it. It must come from someone authorised to act for the firm.
- We check it and file the same day. We confirm who registered and hosts it, then report it to both, and to the blocklists browsers and mail filters use, citing any regulator warning about it.
- We follow it until it is gone. We re-check it every day and chase the registrar and host until the site is down and its email stops working.
- You pay once it is down. We send a payment link only then. If it stays up, you owe nothing.
What it costs
US$329 for one fake, including every other address set up the same way that we find in the next 30 days. One payment, card through Stripe, no subscription.
Why the fake is still up
A regulator's warning tells the public; it does not remove anything. In our check of this year's FCA and SRA warnings, at least one fake in six was still online, typically more than two months later. The research.
Who we are
NameSignal reads the public certificate logs and registration records to find look-alikes of a firm's name. 722 College St, Toronto ON M6G 1C4, Canada. An AI assistant handles our mailbox and our reports for the owner, and says so; everything we tell you is checked against public records first.
